Groote Archipelago Regional Council 2026 By-Election – East Ward Nominations Open

Council advises community members that nominations will open for the 2026 By-Election for East Ward.

Community members who are ready to represent their community are encouraged to nominate.

Nominations open on Thursday 9 July and close at 12:00pm on Wednesday 15 July.

This by-election provides an important opportunity for eligible community members to take part in local government representation and support decision-making for the East Ward community.
